What software eliminates (and what it doesn't)
- Eliminated: duplicate data entry, availability conflicts, retyped contracts, manual payment reconciliation.
- Strongly reduced: unbilled kilometres (GPS/contract reconciliation) and missed service deadlines (automatic alerts).
- Not eliminated: customer relationships, physical condition reports, business decisions. Software equips the trade, it does not replace it.
